10. Can form sub-committees or working teams

(1) The committee may form sub-committees or working teams as needed to carry out the work it is required to do in accordance with this order and the rules made under this order.
(2) The work, duties, rights and procedures of the sub-committees or task forces formed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the committee.
